Sana downs Tijan in La Manga‏

Sanna Nyassi and Tijan Jaiteh were reunited though on opposite side of the field Thursday in Southern Spain as Seattle beat Norway's SK Brann in the fifth-place game of the La Manga Cup. It was Seattle's reserve midfielder Lamar Neagle who was the hero ofsn the night. He came as a substitute in the 72nd minute and scored the winning and only goal of the match 14 minutes later making the team.
Sounders FC left for Madrid by bus Friday, then flies to Seattle on Saturday. Their next planned matches are at Vancouver on March 6, before hosting the Portland Timbers on March 11. Meanwhile MLS and the players union announced Thursday that the existing Collective Bargaining deal, CBA, the window opening for new transfers and deals had expired without a new deal in place. Sounders FC was more than 5,000 miles away in southeast Spain at the strike of the deadline.
